VACANCY: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Executive Director shall be the chief executive officer of the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties, Inc. The Executive Director shall manage the business of the Coalition consistent with policies approved by the Board and shall perform other duties as may be prescribed by the Board or as provided in the Bylaws. The Executive Director shall provide strong leadership to ensure that the Coalition’s initiatives are implemented and shall be accountable for the programmatic and fiscal integrity of the Coalition.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads strategic planning efforts in conjunction with the Board and other key stakeholders and facilitates the achievement of strategic goals.
Master’s degree in business, finance, public administration, organizational management, social services, educational administration or related field.
Salary Range: Negotiable.
Benefits: Exempt Status, Individual health insurance, up to $1,000 annually for purchase of life insurance, match up to 5% of gross salary into 403(b), 30 days of paid-time-off annually, eleven (11) Board approved holidays, and two (2) personal days annually, effective January 1st.
Performance Evaluation: Annually, on anniversary date of employment, by the full Board of Directors. Performance review to be conducted after the first three months of employment and again after six months of employment.
Supervision: By the full Board of Directors.
