Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a masters degree in a related field, experience in a leadership role in an elementary and early childhood environment including at least 5 years of classroom teaching experience, excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Must be flexible and able to work within a demanding environment where developing positive community relations and a commitment to lifelong learning is critical. Educator Certification and Spanish fluency a plus.
