Dean of Residential Life
Saint Andrew’s School is a JK-12 boarding and day school in Boca Raton. The Upper School has 621 students, including 100 boarding students from over 30 countries and several states. We have been named the #1 boarding school in Florida and a top 20 boarding school in the nation. We seek a dynamic, experienced educator to oversee all aspects of the residential program and lead the process of creating and implementing a strategic vision for the residential program for the next 5-10 years. The qualified candidate is a culturally competent team player, at least five years experience in residential education, proven administrative ability, and some combination of high level classroom teaching, counseling, residential curriculum design, coaching, or admissions experience.
Position Title: Dean of Resident Life
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Head of Upper School
The Dean of Resident Life will reside on campus and be responsible for all elements of the residential program and the individuals who administer the program. The residential program includes social and educational programming outside of the classroom. The Dean of Residential Life is an integral member of the Upper School Administrative Team which includes the Head of the Upper School, Dean of Students, Associate Dean of Students, 9th Grade Dean, Guidance Counselor, and Director of Wellness.
