Dean of Students
Saint Andrew’s School is a JK-12 boarding and day school in Boca Raton. The Upper School has 621 students, including 100 boarding students from over 30 countries and several states. The qualified candidate for the Dean of Students position is a culturally competent team player, proven administrative ability, and significant classroom teaching experience. Experience collaborating with Resident Life leadership is preferred.

Reports to: Head of Upper School
The Dean of Students works with the Head of Upper School in carrying out the school’s academic and behavior programs. As a professional educator, the Dean of Students understands and responds to the challenges presented by today’s diverse student population. The Dean of Students provides proactive leadership to engage all stakeholders in the delivery of programs and services to support the students’ academic achievement, as well as personal and social development. The Dean of Students works cooperatively with the Head of Upper School, counselors, Dean of Resident Life, nurse, staff, students and parents toward a positive school climate.
