Specific Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operation of the school including hiring staff and overseeing work performance of all school employees, including the school counselor; Establish and clearly define and communicate roles to all school staff; Plan, implement, and require on-going teacher training in best practices for teaching ESE students, best practices for assessing student progress, IEP monitoring skills and TBRI skills.
