Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student success and well-being.
Oversee all instructional and extracurricular programs, ensuring alignment with district and state standards.
Develop and manage the school budget, allocating resources effectively to enhance learning opportunities.
Recruit, hire, and evaluate staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Strengthen relationships between the school, parents, and the Indiantown community through effective communication and engagement.
Ensure campus safety, student discipline, and compliance with school policies.
Lead disaster preparedness efforts, acting as an essential personnel member during emergency activations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
Valid Florida Certification in Educational Leadership and School Principal.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience, with at least five (5) in teaching and two (2) in leadership roles.
Strong budget management skills and knowledge of state education regulations.
Ability to inspire and lead professional learning initiatives.
Passion for working with elementary-aged students, understanding their unique developmental needs.
